I use the acronym B L E S S to remember the Five Ways to Wellbeing:
Be in the moment, be aware of your surroundings, be present in the here and the now
Learn something new every day, have an open mind and be prepared to listen and grow, embrace new knowledge and skills
Exercise your body daily, keep moving and stay active, look after your physical self, get enough rest and sleep
Socialise and connect with others, with animals, with nature, and with your true self in order to take care of your emotions
Share and give your time, your talents, your friendship, your help, your acceptance, your understanding and your love
