Three C s of Wellbeing

being Calm
The opposite of chaos, perhaps. If we can learn to observe our thoughts and emotions whenever we choose to do so, as opposed to getting caught up in them, we can find a sense of calmness that allows us to find greater wellbeing.

being Centred
Turning inward rather than just paying attention to the external world is another way of finding peace. Learning the skill of centering oneself, feeling the breath and listening to the body, can bring a sense of both joy and relaxation.

being Confident
Rather than an obvious, loud confidence, this is a quiet, inner confidence that reflects a deep stillness and calm, like the deep waters of a lake. Despite the turmoil of the outer world, this confidence remains, unwavering and undisturbed.
